I'm a wildlife photographer based in Macclesfield, with a long-standing interest in the natural world and a focus on photographing British wildlife in the Peak District and surrounding areas. My approach is steady and observational, shaped by a genuine curiosity for animal behaviour and a respect for wild spaces. In an age where social media fuels a constant chase for likes, the quiet significance of a printed photograph has been largely forgotten. Images are consumed in seconds, buried by an algorithm, and quickly forgotten. A printed photo makes you stop, appreciate it, and engage with it beyond the limits of a screen. I want to create work that’s not just skimmed over, but something people can live with, cherish, and remember.
